By requesting innocent spouse relief, you can be relieved of responsibility for paying tax, interest, and penalties if your spouse did something wrong on your tax return. This IRS Publication 971 explains what types of relief are available, who may qualify for them, and how to get them.

This site explains the requirements for the Senior Citizen exemption from registration fees and motor vehicle registration tax. It also lists the limits and responsibilities for the exemption.
